Description: WWII named 505th PIR uniform grouping with research. This group includes his named jump jacket, uniform shirt with embroidered jump wings, garrison cap, and research. The Morning Reports show him assigned to HQ & HQs Company/505th Parachute Infantry on May 10, 1944. His jacket has some type of soiling on the lower front portion of the jacket (see pictures). I have not tried cleaning this jacket and will leave that for the next owner. There is no rips, repairs or damage on this jacket. All snaps and zippers are fully functional. This jacket displays very well!
