The knife appears to have the original edge. It may not have been sharpened. Not an expert on sharpening…however, it appears to be a nice original edge. There are RED AND BLACK washers at each end on the handle. The handle is in very good condition. The sheath is made of heavy duty brown leather. It is well worn with dings and dents. There is a small damage to the bottom of the sheath…..see picture #…16. The sheath has an artistic tie down that was never used. It was probably made by the original owner.
