Description: Wollensak by 3M model 2770AV serial number 00005578 spent its entire life in a church music department making duplicate cassette tapes for members that could not attend church services. In 2014 cassettes were discontinued and the church went to CD recordings, up until that time this unit gave outstanding service. It powers up properly, lights up properly, ejects tapes I have not tried to record on it because the drive system obviously a belt driven mechanism is not working properly and therefore doesn’t engage properly. I believe that it is a big plus that it powers up and the motors are spinning. You may have what it takes to make this deck come back to useful life again.
