Description: I have lot of 2 books by Elaine Allen, J.R. Watkins CO. Watkins Cookbook (1948, 7th edition) and Watkins Household Hints (1941). Both hardcover, spiral bound, the Household Hints has a dust jacket. preowned, . Some corner/cover and edge wear. Dustjacket has tears and creasing to it. Cookbook has 3 pages with writing on it (3 that I saw, could have missed 1 or 2), Household hints book has several pages in the middle with some stains, I don't see any writing in this book. Very readable and enjoyable books yet. -see photos Please note that items sold are vintage and have been preowned and loved. As part of its history and journey through time it may have acquired some wear, marks or defects. Old things are rarely perfect, that is part of their charm.
