Please be sure you have the correct reel. Your reel should use a spool with the identical milled "button" on the face and an adjustable conical drag. If it looks similar, but lacks a conical drag, the reel is a Purist, and not compatible with this spool. The reel model (F2) is also marked on the bottom of the reel foot. Also, Lamson recently reissued the original ULA Force 2 as a 2023 Limited Edition Force 5+. This original F2 spool should be compatible with the current Force 5+. The spool is in new condition.
