Description: This is a nicely built and light weight (8lbs, 9oz) Warmoth G5 Jazz. Plays really nice with low action. I always think I need a 5 string and then realize I don’t actually like playing 5 string. Although I didn’t build this, here are the details I got with the bass.Walnut top with Alder body.Maple neck and fretboard, nut 1.875”Body and neck have Tru Oil finish, body also has rubbed bees wax.Bartolini 57BJD-S1 and 57CBJD-L1.Passive VVT wiring.Hip shot ultra lite tuner and Hipshot Kickass 5 bridge.Condition of the bass is excellent with the exception to two things. There is a small ding on the upper bass side of the neck (pictured). I can’t feel this while playing as my thumb doesn’t go up that hight on the neck. The second issue is that the VVT spacing isn’t exactly even (the two volume knobs are closer together). You have to look closely to tell.I was also told the neck has graphite rods but haven’t pulled the neck to verify. I can do so if needed but given the light weight and nice balance, It’s gotta have graphite rods in it.Otherwise, this is a great bass. Plays and sounds like a really nice 5 string jazz. Located in central PA and happy to drive some to meet up.
