Description: Vintage Signed Santa Clara Pueblo Blackware Pottery Bowl This vintage signed Santa Clara Pueblo Pottery bowl is an etched deep black & grey (gray) color. (Ignore the greenish hue in some of the pictures.) This Native American pueblo in New Mexico is also known as the "Singing Water Village", and the attractive design looks to me like rain and flowing water. The bottom is signed, but it is difficult to make out the name. You have to turn it to the light at the right angle to highlight the name (see close-up). I can make out the "Clara" under the signature. It is in good preowned condition with no chips or cracks. There are a couple of small white spots which I did not try to remove. Please see all the pictures for finer detail and ask any questions that might be helpful. A beautiful pottery bowl, and a very nice addition to any collection. I try to describe items to the best of my knowledge. Please ask any questions that might be helpful! Payments: Payment must be received within 5 days. THANKS FOR BIDDING!
