Description: I found 4 stompers recently. This looks new, but was not on a card. But it also shows a couple cracks in the wheels. Aside from that, it looks new. It just needs cleaning with storage dirt on it. But was with two other on cards. So I went ahead and threw a fresh battery in it. It lights up, but needs loosened up to run.
