Description: I am not the original owner but was told this was from the early 80s. The tie will tie and untie but cannot be removed. The buttons are attached and functional. There are no holes, pilling, or snags. There are some yellow-ish SPOTS that did not come out when I recently cleaned this, but they are not visible on the photos. I tried to show the location of one using a pen. Some of the piping on the sailor collar is a bit FRAYED, and is also shown in the photos. Size tag says 3T, but measurements are shown in the photos.
