The bracket that keeps the light hooked to the back is missing. There are spots where the paint has worn in various spots but primarily the green areas. These can be repainted. The original sign pole and sign saying Happy Halloween is missing. He stands 31" tall x 12" across x 7" deep. He still has his plug in the base so sand can be added to make him stable if using outside in the elements.
