Description: This is a very well made vintage wooden canister set. Woodpecker woodware, made in Japan and hand painted. This appears to have been touched up in some area. The salt shaker bottom piece of wood was replaced. The rest of it is in really great condition for its age. Dovetail joints shows just how much work went into making these. They are clean on the inside. I think on the bottom of the large canister is a date. I think it is 1961.
