This beautiful Elgin watch is for repair/restoration. It is missing its crystal, crown, and hands. The enamel has a chipped area with lots of little cracks that radiate from the chipped out piece. It is currently not running. Will make a wonderful addition to someone's antique pocket watch collection. Pictures are to be considered as part of the description.
