Description: Vintage 56cm Young's Cycles Reynolds 531 Steel Path Racer / Track Bike Frame & Fork Vintage 56cm Young's Cycle Hand Built British Racing Path Racer Track Bike Frame & Fork. Ernie Young was a lightweight frame builder and shop owner from UK London area. Youngs was involved in British Racing History. Frame Set Size: Seat tube 54.5cm Center to Center or 56cm Center to Top with a 56.5cm center to center top tube, with a 136mm head tube. Frame and Fork are Reynolds 531 Steel Tubes with rear track dropouts and cool pointed fork dropouts. The 1" Threaded Fork has 100mm Spacing and the Frame has 110mm Rear Spacing. Frame & Fork ++ is British / ISO Standard. Frame set is Used, it is a repaint, meh, like a dark purple and indoors it just looks black, some remnants of a older paint and looks to of been originally purple, has decal loss, rust, blemishes, and scratches. The Frame has a ping dent in the top tube that can be seen in photo. Cool Frame & fork with horrid repaint. I am kinda at a loss for dating the frame set could be early. The Serial # is 5332XX.
