Description: Vintage Yosemite El Capitan National Park Mountains Signed Oil Painting Estate find from a clean non smoking home. This was a Hugh eye catcher when you entered the room. The elderly owner, who was also an antique collector, had it displayed in her main room. Looks nice with or without the light on. Owner past away so there was not much info on it, so I not sure of its aged, my good guess is from the 40's or early? The ornate metal gold tone frame has some scratches and nicks here and there. The painting is on canvas with a hardwood backing frame professional done. The light is original to the painting. I might have to disassemble it upon packing? Condition of painting: Crackling to painting's surface throughout which is to be expected from age. Some dirt spots. A good cleaning would brighten it up. So not perfect but lovely.
