Description: This a very rare vintage W.R. Case & Sons Bradford, PA pattern # 62056 Tuxedo style pen knife made between 1905 and 1914. It measures about 3 1/4" closed and has pretty brown bone (bovine bone) handles with no chips or cracks. The blades are lightly used with some staining and good snap both ways on both blades. The main spear point blade is tang stamped side ways on the tang W. R. CASE over & SONS over BRADFORD, PA. First Case knife I've saw stamped like this. The small pen blade is inverted tang numbered 62056 it's a little hard to see. The shield is also center in the handle also a rarity. It's an understatement to say this is a rare knife in this condition. I would say it's 100 percent original. Thanks for looking.
