Description: For your consideration, a vintage wooden 3-tiered fold out sewing box with handle and removable legs. It appears to have been made in Romania as bottom has dark stamp that I think says "Romania"; many pieces are stamped with ink "839". The box is well-made with quality box-style joinery and constructed out of what I think is red oak with burled wood veneer. The box itself measures 19" wide, 10" deep and 10" tall with the handle measuring 16" tall from bottom of box to top of handle. The legs are removable and add roughly 7" of height to the box (23" from bottom of legs to top of handle). The box appears to have all original hardware (slotted wood screws, slotted machine screws with nuts and washers) and weighs about 13 pounds. Very good condition with some minor scuffs, scraps an finish loss commensurate with age and use. One of the legs needs attention as it won't stay fixed in its place.
