Description: This is a used/new Vintage, Woman's Blue Rhinestone Bib/Statement Necklace, 18.5" in very good condition. The chain is a very heavy curb link in black. There are 4 raised rhinestone pieces above 5 lower rhinestone pieces. A very rare setting. There is no indication that this was ever worn as it is in perfect condition. The donor said this is part of a collection that belonged to her mother and aunt. She is quite elderly. Please view photos for a better description. This was a donation to our shop. We will refund you upon receipt of the item in its original condition, after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. Return shipping should be paid by buyer for buyer's remorse. Return shipping will be for the actual shipping price paid in sending this out to you as I do my best to ship at the least expensive cost.
