I tested this myself and it operates exactly as described in the instructions on the bottom of the Bank... it has some rust and a few scuffs due to the age, but the paint is in very good condition and the Instructions are fully intact andlegible. The Bank is super fun and Works great!!! It holds $50. Opens every $10. Registers Nickels, Dimes, and Quarters ONLY in the front... it takes Pennies, Half Dollars and Bills in Openings on the back of theBank. Insert one Coin at a time, pull the Lever all the way down and let it snapback. The Bank Locks at 25 Cents, and will not re-open until $10 is depositedand the Dial reads "00-00".
