Description: This listing is for a vintage The Plaza Hotel NYC porcelain ashtray with matchbook compartment Near Mint. This is a hard to find piece which was manufactured by Lamberton Scammell in Trenton, NJ. The Lamberton China Company was in existence from 1923-1956. This is a beautiful piece with, and it is near mint. The gold trim is 99% intact. It measures 5-1/2" long x 3-1/4" wide x 1-3/4" tall (to the top of the matchbook compartment).
