Description: READ I Believe this is a decal. I’m not sure if you apply water to transfer it or what. Maybe for a window. But there isn’t nothing on the back you peel off. Also , it’s not sticky either side. So I think you apply water. But I’m not 100% sure. I do guarantee it is old original piece of advertising!
