The sugar pot does not. I have not polished. There are some spots on the inside of both pieces, see images; I do not know if they are silverplate loss or can be polished out. Marked on bottom: Community Georgian Gadroon Handles are secure with no repairs. Very pretty ornate pieces with lovely legs and handles.
