Description: For sale today is this vintage satiny blue robe/smoking jacket found at an estate sale in Ohio. The tag reads Richman Brothers. It measures approx. 43 1/2" long. It is difficult to get accurate measurements of the waist etc but I would say approx. 23" across from armpit to armpit and at least 21" across the waist, maybe more. It has pockets, cuffed sleeves, is lined with a cotton fabric and the belt has fringe (see pics). There is a small tear near the bottom on the lining. I have not laundered this, perhaps dry cleaning would be best. It doesn't have offensive odors but has been packed away for awhile. I think this is probably from the 50's or 60's. This is probably suitable for men but a women could enjoy it also. Buy as is. I have had the pleasure of finding cool and unique items from the estate sales we attend. I enjoy offering them to my customers. I have no idea what environment they were exposed to beforehand, some show wear, some have a mild packed away odor, etc. I will try to describe the items to the best of my ability.
