Description: There are no markings on the inside of the boot at all including size, but the liner says Redback which is an Aussie brand. These are biker boots with straps across the foot arch and one at the top on the inside. All leather in and out, with Goodyear welt oil resistant sole. My shoe size is typically a US 12 but there are no size markings I can see anywhere. Since these are an Australian brand, they would be a AU size 11 which equates to a US 12. Back then the Redbacks were made in Australia (I know as I lived there and bought Redback boots) and according to their website, they are still 100% Australian made. VERY similar style to the Frye Dean Leather moto being sold at Neiman Marcus currently. Don't know the exact year I bought them but it was in Seattle in the early 1990s. They have a rounded steel protective toe and are in decent shape but do show signs of wear. They were bought at a vintage store and I got them reheeled as the originals were very worn. I would guess these boots are from the 80s.
