They are all in very good condition with very little tarnishing and staining . The three 9 inch plates are marked with a capital A on the back and the four 6 inch plates are marked with a capital D ( Dansforth ) on the back . Pewter plates of all kinds are extremely popular for decoration or used as place settings and these are nice ones . They would add to any collection or help complete a set with missing plates .
