The painting is signed by the artist in the left-hand corner. The signature appears to read "L Boug" (see picture). This oil painting does have some texture to the touch. There is no glass. There are a few scratch marks on this frame, and some areas where the top stain/color has worn off but there are no breaks or cracks to this frame. In VERY GOOD Vintage condition! The frame comes ready to hang with heavy wire on the back.The measurements of the painting itself are 12" x 24". The painted canvas including the frame has a total measurement of 18" x 30".
