It is marked DRINK COCA COLA, DELICIOUS AND REFRESHING, THE COCA COLA CO., 1940, THE AMERICAN ART WORKS INC., COSHOCTON, OHIO, MADE IN USA. It has very nice color. There are a few small scratches on rim of tray, otherwise it has just very light wear. There is some glue residue on the back side. SEE PICTURES.
