I do not see any rips or stains or tears, but I did notice while taking the pictures that the lining Hem has come unstitched. Just the lining. It stays folded up, but there’s a possibility it would unfold so I would stitch it up. Also, I noticed the buttons don’t quite look symmetrical, but they are the original buttons so I’m guessing one fell off and someone sewed it back on without being careful and using a ruler, please see detailed pictures for exact condition and feel free to ask questions. Super cute cottage, core look. I believe this coat is from the 80s or older. The last picture is not mine but it’s the only one I could find like it on Etsy for over $100. Please note, there is some discoloring of the lining due to the age of the garment.
