Description: This is a vintage Ed Cummings Fly Fishing Net and a very old, unknown brand, Wicker Creel. Neither item is usable for fishing but together they make a nice display of equipment very likely used by a fly fishing grand or great grandfather. The net is full of holes worn from too many successful fishing trips and the wicker creel is caked inside with patina from countless trout. (It does not have an odor.) The leather straps are worn, frayed, and/or missing. The Creel at its widest spot is 15.5 inches. The net is 23.5 inches long. On its one side is a faint Ed Cummings logo and on the back is a mostly missing ruler decal for measuring that trophy catch. The Ed Cummings Company is known for their laminated wooden fishing nets made with laminated wood for strength and durability. This one needs to be retired and displayed on a wall. If you have a man cave, cabin or lodge near a stream or lake and want a bit of fly fishing decor and memorabilia, these might be just what you wished for. We will sell them separate for $65.00 each but suggest you purchase the pair for $110.00. We will ship them carefully packaged together for $15.00 within the U.S. We accept returns for any reason unless your reason is that they are too old.
