Vintage Dynasty Quilted LS Dress Beautiful RARE VTG Dress Pockets size 12

Description: Great looking Dynasty brand quilted Maxi dress. Bright and colorful design with soft velvet top. The belt is two sided, matching colorful print and black velvet. Long sleeve with fold over collar. Kind of an A-line long skirt. Long zipper in back of dress. Manufacturers tags, and store price tags are still on dress. Sadly there is a slit/cut in the upper sleeve. I didnt even see it until I was gathering measurements. I think it can be repaired and or decorated to be hiddenSize tag says size 12...my measurements are the best I can figure out.30" waist 36" underarmSkirt from waist 43 long23" shoulder seam to wrist60" hem diameter of skirtBelt is 74" could wrap several times.
