Description: 1940s post-war Christmas magic. Everything was possible after the dark days and deprivation of WWII. The EJ Nicorvo Manufacturing Company made the Bells of St Nicholas automatic Christmas Tree Bells. This set functions as intended and includes the all-important plug adapter that makes the magic happen (I think it's a flasher circuit to actuate the magnetic field that rings the bells...very clever, really!). The bells are anodized aluminum and have minor scratching and scuffs to the color. All in all, a nice vintage set in working condition. Used; no box. Tested & working. Includes tag with operating information. Condition note: the housing of the electromagnet for the blue bell is cracked; does not affect function. See brief attached video of bells in operation.
