Description: Vintage Barbie 1969 Make Mine Midi #1861 outfit. Barbie and Julia Models are NOT included, they are just to show you how the outfit displays. This is an original 1969 Mattel Barbie outfit, not a reproduction. Please read the full outfit description inside the listing down below it will detail any flaws. The outfit has the Barbie tag and is missing the shoes only. The condition is on the poor side the pieces are TLC however do display as shown. The skirt has all the decor and a working closure. The skirt has some aging and stains as shown, one is on the bigger side see close-ups. Minor wear to the velvet trim. The slip elastic has some stretch out as shown, and minor snags in the nylon, the lace is good. Minor age stains on the slip and the slip nylon has aged and changed to the fuschia pink side which is normal for mod pink fabric. The blouse is missing one closure button and one button closure loop. The other button is hanging. There are areas of aging and there are aging stains as shown. The arm cuff lacing fringe tips have areas of missing fringe. The nylon hose is extremely tlc. Both have the seam off at the top and have frayed into a split. One had an attempted seam repair at the top. When displayed these areas are covered by the skirt see close-ups. The bottom portion of the hose has some snags and snag runs however no big holes in that area. This is covered by the skirt when displayed. The seams on one hose have openings from pop out stitches that is not covered by the skirt. There are also minor run snags. Photos are in natural light and the photos have not been altered. The outfit has wrinkles and needs to be pressed. I unfortunately had to change my handling time to 4 to 5 business days. I still ship quickly. However, with the current condition of the post office and the slow down of the mail, they are already holding packages for several days without any tracking scan acknowledgments. Please note I stay on top of all tracking numbers and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in this frustrating situation. I just want my customers to know there will be delivery delays.
