I'm told that this piece was made circa 1950 by the American Bisque Pottery Co, Measuring about 12" tall, there are no nicks, chips or cracks...but as the pictures show, it does have some paint loss to the painted details. A GREAT addition to the collection!! Look closely at the pictures as this is sold as-found, as-is, no-returns.
