Description: Wow - ULTRA rare short sleeve US Medical Corps jacket, more like a kind of shirt/jac style nurse/doctor's uniform type of garment. Made of a cotton sateen material not unlike the other vietnam era field uniforms. No labels on the interior - just the embroidered insignia on front. Solid wearable shape and looks super cool, heavily worn down to the bone on the fabric with rugged seams and edges throughout, the snap on the waistband closure has worn through the outermost layer of material but the snap works great, still has the other button there as well. All buttons are present with none missing - one button has a small partial missing piece, however these are covered by the overlying breast flap of fabric and aren't normally seen worn buttoned.
