Description: This vintage 1960s nurse's uniform is perfect for a Halloween, theater or cosplay costume. Could easily be turned into a costume for a blood splattered nurse, asylum worker, zombie, etc. Would be perfect for use in a haunted house, corn maze, etc. Made by White Swan, this cool vintage dress is in "as found" condition. It is original, and I have not attempted to clean or alter it in any way. Cotton/poly blend, metal full-length zipper at back (fully functional). Adjuatable button at back of sleeves can make arm tighter as desired. Side pockets. Very wearable as is, but please take note of observed flaws: The string loop at the back of the neck has come unsewn but could easily be tacked back on to use the button back there. The right pocket has come partially undone, as shown A couple dirt spots on the back of the arm (looks like dust or something that will wash out, but sold as is). No size tags present - approx measurements as follows.
