These mini plates were found in Post Cereals in the 80s as promotional gift. This one translates to "Gee You Are A Cutie". They could be used to hang on the wall, place on a vanity or desk, or attach to a bicycle. This mini license plate has some scuffs and scratches on both the front and back due to age and use.
