Description: Vintage 1960s ILGWU Union Made, Empire Flare Dress, Mint Green, Pre-Owned. Condition is Pre-Owned but in Great Condition, solid and clean Mid-late 1960s dress by ILGWU has an empire waist with a short flare skirt. Light mint green with a gingham like pattern, collar neck with ribbed top and zipper front opening. Due to time some of the thread has started to deteriorate on some areas (pictures included) it also has a skirt hem alteration that looks like it was done by hand. Overall, adorable dress in clean condition. No stains or holes. Please review the measurements carefully as this does not have a size tag.
