Vintage 1930’s Ideal Deanna Durbin Composition 21” Doll in Orig Costume Orig Pin

Description: DESCRIPTION: Vintage 1930’s Ideal Deanna Durbin 21" Composition Doll with LIGHT Brown Human Hair Wig, Original Costume and Original Pin.Twenty -one inch, teenage Deanna is all composition, jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips, with renewed dark blue sleep eyes, all brush lashes, eye shadow, painted lower lashes, feathered brows, subtle cheek blush, open smiling mouth showing six upper teeth, and tongue. Rare, light brunette human hair wig appears to be in original set. Strung tightly - she can stand and pose. Very good fingers and toes with one repair. Wearing a tagged Deanna gown with her original Deanna pin, marked on the edge, white cotton onesie, half slip, vintage socks and silver, center snap shoes. CONDITION: Good lightly restored/nearly original condition. Composition has light crazing with cracks at inner, upper thighs and a crack over one eye - chips on inner left hand thumb and a small area of chipped paint on her back (pictured). Free of lifting or flaking paint. Strung tightly - she can stand and pose. Very good fingers and toes - right hand index finger repaired. Costume is tagged and original Ideal factory issued. Clothing has not been laundered lately and appears quite clean. Dress has one rip in the lower skirt (pictured). It has original working buttons with good button holes. Underwear and slip have age darkening and wrinkles. Vintage shoes have good soles and very good working unbroken center snaps. Socks are vintage and lightly age soiled. MEASUREMENTS: 12" tall.
