Vintage 1920’s Flapper Satin Wedding Special Occ. Dress 8 Rosettes Peplum AS IS

Description: This is a wonderful dress from the 1920’s! It is satin. I would call the color candlelight. It is almost gold, probably yellowed a bit with age. It is a very rich color and shows beautifully with all of the volumes of fabric! It is a drop waist in the true Flapper style. It seems to be the same in the front or back. ( no darts for bustline) The drop waist is trimmed with 8 self rosettes all the way around which is really charming. It has a full circle peplum. The skirt is a full circle which is fabulous! It is full length. It is slightly longer in the middle than the sides. This dress would be a show stopper on the dance floor!!!! All measurements are shown in the photos. As gorgeous as this dress is, IT IS NOT PERFECT! The dress has some soil spots, it has some spots that look like maybe water spots or iron spots, not sure. There are a couple of small holes. I have tried to circle and photograph these issues. The shoulders show wear. In spite of these imperfections it is still a beautiful dress. It could be used for wedding, special events, costume or just because YOU CAN! I have several wedding and flapper dresses in my listings so please check them out if interested.
