My pipes are ready to smoke once you receive them. A bit about this pipe: Slight chatter (priced accordingly) otherwise in fantastic condition ~ Venturi produced 'The Pipe' line for a decade starting in 1965. The pipes are from 99.9995% pure carbon and formed in a 4000 degree vacuum furnace over a 90 hour period. She has slight chatter but is otherwise very lightly smoked.
