Measures 7" wide in body, with a 5" wide top rim, by 6" tallThis is Early American Glass from c.1880-1890 from Northwood. This is a rare collectible line called Rubina with the "Aurora" floral etched motif. This is clear glass with a thin layer of cranberry glass on the upper half on the inside of the piece. the etching is on the upper half on the outside. The Aurora line is becoming increasingly rare these days and still popular with Victorian glass, Cranberry Glass & Northwood Glass collectors! Condition: Over 130 years old and looks good for the age- no chips or cracks. I see only some tiny microscopic little indents/nips in the rim from the cutting process or contact. They are not visible. unless you search for it hard. This piece looks good to use or display, may have minor age scratches no one will notice..........................................................No Returns! : Sorry but due to cost of shipping & insurance for this heavy glass, I have a No returns policy! I wrap with lots of bubble and padding, use double boxing, mark fragile clearly all over the box, always pay to fully insure your item as well (so please read about Insurance claims next). Items over 250- value will also have signature delivery. Insurance claim (loss or damage): Please do not open a dispute with ebay without contacting me first because it is not necessary. I will make an insurance claim and you will be taken care of. I pack to survive, but if they break it I will need pictures to file the claim online. However, shippers do not just honor claims online anymore with the photo's only- now they tend to ask for an inspection of the item. USPS will send a letter within a week asking for the item to be brought in for inspection, while other companies may come to the residence for the inspection by appointment. I have to get the claim approved and the item inspected BEFORE I can refund now because they always require inspections and we have to comply with them. So first, pictures. Second, inspection with shipper. Third, shipper approval and refund sent to you.
