Description: Langley was a highly respected reel manufacturer in the 1940s and 1950s. Some of their reels are highly collectable. They also made a few of the earliest fiberglass rods. This one is very unusual. The two sections are of unequal length (made that way, like a number of English rods). It has a step-down female ferrule which gives a faster action on the top.Will deliver a 6wt to 8wt line with power. Particle cork grip. Rod looks unfished, as the photos show. Will ship with sock (shown), inside a protective PVC tube.
