Description: Uni Thread is a waxed polyester bonded thread that is reinforced with multiple binder strands that twist around the core strands giving it a high breaking strength. These spools of 6/0 thread hold 200 yards each and is equivalent to 136 denier. It has a breaking point of 30 to 33 ounces, making it ideal for tying medium to large size flies.I combine shipping costs but eBay no longer processes it. I usually like to identify the weight of my underwater flies according to the head color. I use red heads for heavily weighted flies, orange for medium, yellow for shallow water flies and black for unweighted nymphs and wet flies. I also like dry flies with different color heads. But most importantly, I try to match the body colors of materials that bleed through when wet, such as silk and floss.
