Description: The listing is for an original Super Nintendo Mini/Jr. home console (no controllers or accessories included) that has a 1-chip motherboard, and that has received the following refurbishments/services: 1) Entire console’s shell has been cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner and has received UV Ray protectant spray treatment. 2) The motherboard has been cleaned with 91% isopropyl alcohol. 3) Serviced with Borti’s SNES board to output RGB video (using TTL Csync - “unattenuated”) and restores S-video. It also fixes the brightness issues with 1.2k resistors. 4) All electrolytic capacitors on the motherboard have been replaced, including the 1,000uF cap that Nintendo left off with the SNES mini, with brand new Nichicon, Rubycon and Panasonic branded capacitors from mouser.com. 5) Purple LED. 6) 22uF ceramic capacitor used to eliminate vertical bars. 7) 0.47uF (470nF) ceramic capacitor used to fix ghosting issues. 8) The original 7805 voltage regulator has been replaced with a brand new 7805 voltage regulator for optimal performance. 9) Serviced to also play NTSC - Japanese game cartridges. ***It will not play PAL region cartridges. **This listing can include a refurbished OEM AC adapter that has been freshly recapped with a brand new Panasonic capacitor. It costs $35 extra (message me after purchasing). Console has been tested using SNES TTL Csync (resistor on Csync line) scart cables with the OSSC upscaler, as well as with SNES style S-video cables and HD Retrovision component cables - all performed beautifully. Sync on luma cables will also work. ***If you have an OSSC, please make sure your TV is not known to have sync issues with the SNES. It’s fairly rare, but you need to research that.
