This note is very heavily circulated, damaged, and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases, many areas of wrinkled folding, and areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration, areas of foreign substance including two areas that are taped and tape has since yellowed); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/damaged in many areas and oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks/tears (some of the tears are larger); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss and surface damage exist); a few small holes/inner tears; pieces missing due to trimming and heavy wear.
