Description: Lauffer stainless flatware is a subsidiary of Towle and is famous for its innovative designs and quality. The Design 2 pattern was produced in Germany from 1963 to 1996. It is a sleek design with a matte or satin finish 18/8 stainless. It is wonderfully balanced and feels very comfortable. These are earlier production pieces that were produced in Germany. Subsequent production was moved to Àsia before it was discontinued in 2007. The spoon is 6 1/2" long and is part of a large pre-owned set that is in excellent condition with no dings, dents, or disposal damage. It is marked with the factory logo as shown. It has a nice even patina and would blend nicely with a vintage service currently being used. The price is for one and you can buy up to the number remaining.
