Description: A nice original antique ribbon for an 1896 GAR Reunion in Topeka, Kansas. This is a special ribbon for the "Committee of Fifteen." Gold gilt lettering on a light blue background that I cannot get my camera to capture. Nice beaded drop at the bottom. About 7" x 2 1/4". Good condition with typical vintage edge wear and soiling.
