Crack at first free endpage though this does not affect the soundness of the binding, which is still sturdy. Bit of dustiness to the binding and to the brown coated endpages. 14pp adverts at end. A nice copy, much nicer than normally encountered. One of the best novellas by one of the giants of Russian literature. Katia by Leo Tolstoy is about a young wife and her much older husband who come to realize they want different things out of life. Their ideals of happiness are not the same.
