Description: Todd Phillips for Quoizel mushroom shaped carnival feathered iridescent glass table lamp signed and dated '06. It needs a new finial since I dropped it. It did not appear to be original. I will include it. It measures 26 inches tall with a 9 inch diameter at the globe. There are imperfections in the glass. They look like surface bubbles.
