SPECIFICS: Upon examination this item for all intents and purposes is New, but with serious packaging issues. Issues evident include bends, rips, corner bumping and yellowing to packaging. Closer examination reveals however, that the figure and comic book have both survived the poor handling and storage of package -- although some smudging is evident on horns of Violator figure. The comic book appears not to have any issues -- excepting, of course, obvious bending. Please be advised that interior of book remains unexamined. This item has been priced based on packaging condition.
