Tiptree Orange Marmalade is a very appealing and popular marmalade with medium cut tender peel, average sweetness and the full flavor of the Seville oranges used. Award-winning Tiptree Marmalades are produced with hand-sorted citrus fruits, imported from Spain at their peak ripeness. We use traditional techniques including cooking the fruit in small batches using copper pans to make the highest consistent quality – each batch produces only 150 jars of product. A curiously British term, marmalade means a jam made with citrus fruit. Award-winning Tiptree Marmalades are produced with hand-sorted citrus fruits.
